Kiefer Tool & Mold Inc. is equipped for machining precision key ways (internal and tappered), and gear teeth on a variety of different manufacturing equipment components including gears, pulleys, hubs, and couplings. Our machines are capable of milling, single point cutting, and broaching key ways while holding tight tolerances over a long distance along with custom tooling to create unique shapes and sizes. Services that we provide include long internal keying, blind internal keying, gear teeth cutting, broaching, key seating, large vertical slotting, and tooth rounding.
