Tom Kiefer Sr.
With 44 years of experience of large machining and repairs, Tom oversees operations on the floor, manufacturing of products and inspection.
Tom Kiefer Sr. is one of three brothers that own and operate Kiefer Tool & Mold Inc. Starting in his early teens Tom helped with basic machining, material handling and clean up on his weekends and summer vacations. In 1977 he graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and had also attended Polaris vocational school in Middleburgh Heights Ohio, earning a Tool & Die Journeyman in 1983. With 44 years of experience of large machining and repairs, Tom oversees operations on the floor, manufacturing of products and inspection. Tom is also Treasurer of Kiefer Tool & Mold Inc. and manages the financial and personnel needs of Kiefer Tool & Mold.
